Little cabin visitors find it difficult to get the screen door open, even with that low door knob on there so Nana installed a door bell. Actually, there are three little brass bells on that braided strip and they tinkle. These bells are about the prettiest ringing bells I ever did hear. So a small child (once trained) will be able to stand down and ring the bells and Nana will come running to open the door. (Much better than one little one standing and screeching "Nana! NaNa! NANA! NNNaaaaaNNNNaaaa!
These bales of R19 insulation now have new homes in the wall of the second story. We have cut, measured and installed the bats between the studs in preparation of the dry wall. oh no! I dread the drywall!!!!!!
And this photo, dear ones, is what Grampsy would have labeled "The End". : )
