The weather was supposed to be nice with highs in the 50's and no precipitation. So, off we went, with 4 grandchildren, the 3 Hofs and 1 Frey, and Nana and Papa. We had no supplies(food) etc as we had closed the cabins for the winter, so Herself took care of that and entertained the kids while I went to work in the new cabin. Got a couple more sheets of drywall and insulation up, worked on some of the inside corners so I would have "L" for attaching drywall. Temps dropped to the upper 30's at nite, but everyone stayed warm. The only downside was little Bella threw up in the nite all over the bed, so Herself and Bella had a rough nite. Thank goodness I chose to sleep in the new cabin. Herself had a new years party for the little cabinites with fireworks, party poppers, candy, pop, chips, etc. That is probably why little Bella got sick. Anyway we all survived, reclosed the cabin for the winter again, and headed home.
Now we maybe going again this weekend Jan 8 as Craig and family want to look at properties for sale. Maybe a good time as not to many are looking with the economy the way it is.
Looking forward to spring, so we can get to work again.

Nice post dad! We're gonna need some pictures, though!
I added pictures!
There is just something about that top photo that I really like! It speaks to me. (Of course, it was a very nice day with 4 of my favorite 7 little people!)
